Welcome to WiseMindAI. By using the WiseMindAI app, browser extension, website, documentation, membership services, or related support services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using WiseMindAI.

1. Service Overview

WiseMindAI is a local-first AI workspace for learning and knowledge work. It provides document management, knowledge bases, AI chat, notes, knowledge cards, AI exams, learning stats, browser extension features, backup and sync, and external publishing features.

Some features may require internet access, membership, third-party accounts, third-party API keys, or third-party authorization.

2. Local-First Design and Third-Party Services

WiseMindAI stores core data on your local device by default. You can choose whether to configure third-party models, cloud backup, external sync, content publishing, or payment services.

When you use third-party services, you must follow their terms, privacy policies, pricing rules, and usage limits. WiseMindAI does not fully control third-party availability, pricing, model outputs, content safety, account permissions, or data handling practices.

3. User Content and Rights

You retain the lawful rights to the content you import, create, organize, and export.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload, import, summarize, translate, publish, or share content, and you are responsible for the consequences of doing so.

Do not use WiseMindAI to process, generate, or distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, malicious, privacy-invasive, or otherwise improper content.

4. Membership, Purchases, and Refunds

WiseMindAI may provide free features and paid membership features. Prices, benefits, device activation counts, and validity periods are shown on the purchase page.

After purchase, you need to activate membership as instructed, using an email address, activation code, or other supported method. Keep your activation code safe. Do not publicly share, resell, or use it on unauthorized devices.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact support within 3 days after purchase to request a refund. Refund completion may also depend on the payment channel, order status, and actual usage.

We may adjust prices and benefits based on product costs, feature changes, or operational needs. Services already purchased are generally provided according to the terms shown at the time of purchase during the current validity period, unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. AI Outputs and Usage Risks

WiseMindAI can help summarize, translate, generate notes, create cards, create exams, and generate other content. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, or content that is not suitable for your specific situation.

You should independently evaluate whether AI outputs are accurate, lawful, and reliable before using them for study, work, publishing, decisions, or external sharing. WiseMindAI does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

6. Updates and Service Changes

We may release updates, fix issues, adjust features, change membership benefits, or stop maintaining some older features from time to time.

Some features may be experimental and may be unstable, changed, or removed. We try to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Crack, bypass, or tamper with membership activation, licensing, or security mechanisms
• Copy, resell, rent, share activation codes, or provide WiseMindAI services in an unauthorized way
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract non-public source code, except where allowed by law
• Use WiseMindAI to attack, interfere with, scrape, or abuse third-party services or other systems
• Remove, obscure, or modify WiseMindAI copyright, trademark, attribution, or rights notices
• Violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others

8. Intellectual Property

WiseMindAI software, websites, documentation, interface design, brand, icons, assets, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use them to create competing products.

Your own content remains yours. These terms do not transfer your content rights to WiseMindAI.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WiseMindAI is provided as is. We are not responsible beyond legally required limits for indirect losses caused by use or inability to use WiseMindAI, third-party service failures, data loss, AI output errors, device failures, network issues, or user mistakes.

We recommend backing up important data regularly and checking results before restoring, deleting, syncing, publishing, or running batch operations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the product changes, services are adjusted, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page. Continuing to use WiseMindAI means you accept the updated terms.
